RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONSWeekends (4pm-8pm)Responsibilities : Serving as a role model in providing dining service to our residenceAssisting with training team membersMaintaining proper dining room set upAssisting in special eventsMonitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness, readiness, standardsAssisting in table top inventories maintenanceResponsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standardsEnsure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food serviceQualifications : High School diploma preferred / GED acceptedMinimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and / or full service senior livingAbility to handle multiple prioritiesPossess written and verbal skills for effective communicationCompetent in organizational, time management skillsDemonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skillsABOUT SUNRISESunrise Senior Living has championed quality of life in senior care for more than 30 years.
