RN Job Specification :
Your duty of caring for the patients coming into our facility include tasks like creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
RN Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide patient care and support.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Follow healthcare protocols and guidelines.
RN , Here’s What You’ll Need :
- High school diploma
- RN certification in TN
- LTC / SNF experience
- Compassionate, kind nature
- Leadership qualities
