Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and develop our HR team. This role focuses on HR Business Partnership, HR operations administration, and talent acquisition for both professional and production roles.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing continuous improvement projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and business performance.
Minimum Qualifications :
Experience :
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience or
- 4 years of business leadership experience and 2 years of HR Leadership experience
Education :
- Undergraduate degree required
- Master’s degree is a plus
Certifications :
SPHR required
Preferred Requirements :
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Ten or more years of HR experience
- HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of conducting investigations and fact-finding practices
Duties & Responsibilities :
Talent Strategies :
Lead the development and implementation of short and long-term talent strategies.
Community Relations :
Develop strong community relations and initiatives.
Organizational Effectiveness :
Define goals, develop performance metrics, and implement processes to drive business results.
Business Partnership :
Serve as a close business partner with leaders, providing counsel and support.
Employee Advocacy :
Anticipate needs and concerns, and act as an employee advocate when necessary.
HR Process Deployment :
Foster leader engagement and commitment through coaching and communication.
Collaboration :
Foster collaboration between field HR teams and corporate HR.
Continuous Improvement :
Drive continuous improvement and simplification activities within HR and across the business.
HR Capability Building :
Strengthen the HR leadership pipeline and build HR capabilities.
Investigations :
Provide subject matter leadership and support for investigations.
Union Relations :
Lead and direct activities related to union management, maintaining a union-free environment where applicable.
