What We Seek...
We are looking for a motivated individual who will drive to ensure the success of projects within Britten's Event and Project related divisions.
The Project Manager will execute phenomenal communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders from concept to installation.
This individual will have proven experience in project management with an emphasis on guaranteeing that every deliverable meets world-class standards for customers.
The mission of the Project Manager is to orchestrate all internal aspects of managing objectives, reporting results, and ensuring customers are extremely satisfied with our level of professionalism, creative thinking, and project planning.
This individual is an integrator that works closely with the Sales Market leader, operations leadership across multiple facilities, design and engineering, and supply chain to ensure a flawless execution of projects.

Job Summary and Job Functions
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of assigned projects throughout all stages of planning and production
- Updating software systems with accurate information pertaining to project, material, and delivery statuses
- Ownership and continuous updating of our schedule that coordinates project management, delivery, and installation team members
- Maintain pulse on project budgets and assign / deliver Change-orders as necessary.
- Coordinate materials, subcontracted material vendors, or laborers to project requirements.
- Works with Sales and Accounting to ensure complete, timely, and accurate billing of the project occurs
- Set up quality standards and checks for your projects
- Work with the leadership team to execute quarterly objectives
- Continuously seek out ways to increase the profitability of their projects
- Works with a sense of urgency to meet short deadlines without compromising quality
- Travel to / from jobsite to conduct field measurements
- Act as the point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a quality experience and are delivered a quality product.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Project Management experience
- Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programs
- Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
- Basic understanding in reading and interpreting architectural documents and drawings
- Understand and follow department standards and processes with attention to detail
- Exhibits strong organizational skills
- Effective in verbal and written communication as well as listening skills, communicates respectfully with others
- Maintain a high level of respect and communication with internal and external clients
- Demonstrates effective teamwork, conflict resolution skills, and relationship building internally and externally
- Trusted as someone who will do what they say they will do
- Approaches work with enthusiasm, maintains a positive outlook and is self-reliant
- Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and be able to multi-task
