SummaryA career in our Oracle Human Capital team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalise on business opportunities.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and / or proven record of success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including :

  • Executing end to end payroll implementations in a functional lead role;
  • Understanding and communicating a broad range of Firm services;
  • Managing engagements, preparing concise, accurate and high quality deliverables;
  • Designing, implementing, improving, and supporting Payroll business processes in a Dayforce environment;
  • Designing, building, testing, and deploying various Dayforce solutions;
  • Leading client workshops, status meetings and other project team meetings;
  • Providing consistent and accurate communication of status to clients and leadership;
  • Building client relationships and managing expectations with scope, service, and delivery;
  • Participating in and balancing multiple client engagements while supporting team leaders in managing day-to-day activities;
  • Maintaining engagement economics and flexibility for unanticipated issues;

Supervising and actively participating in project teams to create an atmosphere of trust; and,

Seeking diverse views to foster inclusion, improvement, and innovation.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and / or a proven record of success as a team leader, including :

Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with,mentoring, and supporting team members in their career development;

Seeking guidance, clarification and proactive feedback from peers and superiors; and,

Providing guidanceto junior staff, while developing / refining leadership skills within the team.
