Your Role & Impact :
- Leadership : Provide essential technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the mechanical team.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure unparalleled quality in all engineering projects, timely billing, and collection of project fees.
- Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the Director in achieving marketing goals, revenue targets, and exceeding client expectations.
- Project Involvement : Depending on project size, complexity, or client needs, you may helm the role of the Project Engineer.

Requirements
What We Expect from You :
- Qualification : A BSME degree or its equivalent.
- Experience : A rich experience of over 10 years in a similar Engineering Consulting or Architectural Engineering setting.
- Licensure : A PE License or the ability to secure reciprocity.
- Diverse Expertise : Proven experience in diverse healthcare project design and management.
- Project Management : Acumen in project management, fee negotiation, drafting proposals, and initiating project kick-off meetings.
