Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each student.
• Utilize innovative teaching techniques and resources to engage and inspire students in their learning journey.

Requirements :

• Possess a valid state certification in Special Education (or the ability to obtain certification before the start date).
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with students with diverse learning needs.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
