Blazer Jobs, in partnership with esteemed school districts in the New Hope, MN area, is actively seeking experienced and dynamic Special Education Teachers to join our team for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each student.
- Utilize innovative teaching techniques and resources to engage and inspire students in their learning journey.
Requirements :
- Possess a valid state certification in Special Education (or the ability to obtain certification before the start date).
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with students with diverse learning needs.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
