QualificationsAt least two years of experience as a DON in a long-term care settingActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state assigned or in an eligible Nurse Compact StateDemonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development, resident and family support systems, and community outreachPossess empathy and passion for serving othersServe as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team membersStrong computer literacy and competency skillsUp-to-date clinical complianceBasic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA)Two-step TB testPhysical exam within the last 12 months
