Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating with the corporate digital marketing leaders, this entrepreneurial and customer-centric leader will optimize technician utilization and appointment scheduling.

Requirements :
- 7+ years of leadership experience in a related role
- Experience with portfolio roll-up or local field operations / marketing
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in marketing principles and hands-on experience implementing marketing campaigns
- Developing brand standards
- Working with the creative teams to achieve brand vision
- Experience in budget management

Compensation : $150,000 - $175,000
