Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet"first responders " providing customer care to help resolve issues, perform account reviews, and a GREAT customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Provide inbound customer service for industry leading mobile company.
- Resolve issues and consistently provide a great customer experience.
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
- 1-2 years retail or customer service / call center experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is an asset
