Key Responsibilities :
- Build and optimize systems that drive every aspect of our investment process, from research and analysis to trading and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with investors and quantitative researchers to develop custom software solutions that have a tangible impact on commercial outcomes.
- Utilize your technical and commercial acumen to dissect complex problems and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Adapt and iterate rapidly in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach.
Candidate Requirements :
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals.
- Expert-level programming skills in at least one of the following languages : Java, C++, Python.
- Proven track record in software design and development, with the ability to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for breaking down complex problems and developing practical solutions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Educational Background : Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the financial services industry or a similar high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
