The Emerging Programs team is seeking an experienced M4-Finance Manager to join our growing team that is based out of McKinney, TX.
You will lead a team in tactical and strategicmanagementacross multiple contracts. This includes program cost control, compliance, and implementation of the existing backlog.
Additionally, this position offers the opportunity tosupportthe capture of new business over the Long-Range Plan with tremendousgrowthpotential.
As the Business Manager you will be a key member of the Program & FinanceLeadership Teamand will beresponsibleforguidanceandinfluenceof the various functional teams along, with forming partnerships with your internal and externalcustomer.
The selectedindividualwill beresponsiblefor all aspects of the financial portfolio. This includes reviewing FP&A forecasts, personnel reporting / operationalworkforceplanning, development of the annual operating plan & long-range plan, Estimate at Completes (EACs), Short Range Outlook (SRO)Risk& Opportunities analysis, earnedvaluemanagementsystem reporting (EVMS), funding analysis,customerdeliverables, proposals, negotiations, and program gatesupport.
This position requiresexcellentsoft-skills,proactiveleadership, and significant partnership with the Program Directors, Program Managers, and technical teams.
All to ensurealignmentregarding businessplan, operationsimplementation, meeting tactical and strategic financialobjectives, and as well as beingresponsiblefor all elements of the financialinteractionwith internal and externalcustomerrepresentatives.
This position is on-site in McKinney, TX.
What You Will Do
- Successfully partner andinfluencethe program team tohelpmeet financial goals &commitments,supportcompetitiveproposals, and assist inimplementationplandiscussions.
- Drivethe financial planning activities for their specific contract including FP&A RPLAN updates and analyze and communicate how program performance impacts BSPC (Bookings, Sales, Profit, & Cash).
Facilitating monthly data reconciliation.
- Short Range Outlook (SRO)Riskand Opportunities experience.
- You willcollaboratewith Finance Directors & Managers tomanagea highly visible andcomplexdevelopment portfolio.
- Be an integral program team member working closely withkey team members, to ensure accurate measurement, control, andunderstandingof reported costs and schedules.
- Supportthe team of program financialanalystsin the development of quarterly EACs.
- Ability to work multiple contracts and programs across differentcustomers.
- Supportproposal development and program start up activities.
- Supportthe development of the long range and annual operating plans.
- Lead anddevelopa team of financeanalysts.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related fieldor equivalent experienceand minimum 8yearsfinance or accounting experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5yearsexperience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance isrequired. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.
S. citizens are eligible for a Secret security clearance.
- Financial planning & analysis experience.
- EarnedValueManagementexperience.
- Experience developing Estimate at completes.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
