Install Technician - Hayward, CA

Specializes in the service, maintenance, installation, and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment for clients throughout the greater Bay Area.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Possess general building installation knowledge
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Complete OSHA safety training and maintain safety awareness
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Install equipment according to specifications
  • Seek to improve installation and brazing techniques
  • Maintain project schedules and pursue career growth
  • Stay informed about the company's services
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and coworkers
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Basic Qualifications :

  • Experience with general building and tools
  • Willingness to travel and work nights when required
  • Preferred experience in commercial and / or supermarket environments
  • Preferred brazing experience
  • Willingness to participate in all aspects of supermarket installation
  • Strong desire to learn, achieve, and grow with the company

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Regularly stand, walk, climb, carry, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift / move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at high elevations
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
