ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the IT Director. They partner with Marketing stakeholders to identify technological needs and opportunities for improvement, including senior level operations management and Marketing Team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Level / Certifications :
B.S. or B.A. degree.
Work Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
Proven track record of assessing opportunities, aligning with Marketing Teams, and implementing technologies that enhance the digital guest experience.
Proven mindset and background to investigate and develop digital technologies that improve the guest experience. Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated impact in driving digital technology improvements that impact sales and transactions.
- Ability to project manage pilot testing and broad implementation efforts, including cross-functional project planning and initiation.
- Ability to collaborate with Marketing Management to ideate, assess, and create practical opportunities to advance the guest experience through technology implementation.
- Deep knowledge of guest-facing digital applications (branded website and app ordering platforms, 3rd party delivery systems, etc.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS system integrations is a distinct plus.
- Knowledge of and interest in competitive business practices that are considered best in class or emerging relative to digital technologies.
- Enthusiasm for the latest technology trends and their application in the restaurant industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to create impactful presentations that cogently present strategies (ideas and concepts), testing, and implementation results, etc.

Travel Requirement :
- 15 to 20% travel, to interact with Field Team and restaurant staff, investigate and analyze competitor practices, support pilot and test activities as well as broad implementations, etc.
