Western Tidewater CSB is seeking a Team Lead for our BIRST Residential Home.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily oversight and services including responding to critical incidents, ensuring effective program operation, service billing, and monitoring employee behavior.
- Review referrals of new individuals to BIRST Residential Home and provide consultation and / or recommendations for appropriate treatment.
- Provide onsite / hands on training as needed.
- Develop, implement, and maintain 24-hour coverage for BIRST Residential Home to include an On Call schedule.
- Provide On Call support to direct care staff evenings, weekends, and as needed.
- Review staff timecards, requests for leave, and ensure appropriate coverage of associated programmatic responsibilities in the absence of employees approved to take leave.
- Oversight of individuals' medical and psychiatric appointments with nursing staff.
