- Plans, directs, and delivers resident care on assigned units, including shift coordination, staff reassignment, and direct patient care as needed (e.g., administering medications, treatments, and assessments).\n
- Supervises and evaluates performance of subordinate staff, including conducting performance evaluations, managing disciplinary actions, and supporting professional development through in-service training.\n
- Collaborates with nursing leadership and other departments to ensure 24-hour continuity of care and maintain a safe, effective environment for residents.\n
- Completes clinical documentation such as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Minimum Data Set (MDS), and updates care plans based on residents' evolving needs.\n
