This position performs quantitative deficiency analysis on all inpatient and outpatient discharges ensuring completeness of medical record documentation in the electronic health record in accordance with established regulatory guidelines.
This position will also ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the medical record data, while protecting and maintaining the security and confidentiality of patient data.

Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Health Information Management preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years HIM experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred
Certifications
RHIT / RHIA preferred
