Building a cosmetic practice and interest or experience in oculoplastic procedures is desirable Successful candidate will practice the full range of facial plastic surgery and reconstruction Expected salary range : 300k – 500k Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries Comprehensive health, dental, and retirement plans. - Clinical Excellence : Join three busy academic surgeons specialized in facial plastic reconstructive and cosmetic surgery at our Otolaryngology Clinic and Strong Memorial Hospital supported by a collaborative team and a robust referral network across the greater Rochester region.
- Academic Opportunities : Engage in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives within an academic environment that values innovation and collaboration. Resident teaching is expected, and scholarly activities strongly encouraged. Protected research time and resources are available for candidates seeking a career as a clinician-scientist.
