Job Description Summary
This entry level position will make immediate contributions to the team responsible for Nuclear Analysis areas, while being technically mentored by a team of high performing engineers.
The individual will work within an energetic team environment to perform analyses to support a variety of applications including BWR reload analysis, power uprate and new power plant analyses.

Essential Responsibilities :
The position offers limitless opportunity to learn the fundamental bases of nuclear power plant operations and safety analysis by applying state-of-the-art thermal hydraulics methods to satisfy licensing requirements and solve real day to day plant problems.
Additionally, this position has direct customer-facing opportunities through training, deliverables, and collaboration. The team offers unique opportunities to create and / or improve cutting-edge automation and methods .
The individual will lead a variety of projects including technical evaluations and analyses in the area of plant transients, thermal hydraulics, stability, radiological, LOCA, reload analysis, and more.
This individual will deliver products at a consistently high and sustainable level in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory agency guidelines.

- Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, and calculations.
- Provide engineering / technical expertise and guidance in the desired area.

Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline (Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar).

Desired Characteristics :
Experience or interest in Nuclear Engineering disciplines, including Nuclear Methods, LOCA & Containment, Stability & Radiological, Fuel Performance & Design, Transient Analysis, and Fuel Bundle / Core Design.
