The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of insurance products, and a passion for helping others protect what matters to them most.
Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to clients seeking insurance products. Present and explain insurance policy options, including coverage, benefits, and premiums.
Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs ensuring optimal coverage. Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy changes promptly and professionally.
Assist clients in completing applications, underwriting processes, and claims procedures. Maintain accurate client records and information in CRM system.
Keep up to date with industry regulations and insurance products. Qualifications Must hold one or more of the following insurance licenses : Life, Health, Property, Casualty.
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
