Position : Senior Project Manager (Retail Technology)

Hourly Rate : $70 - $80 / hr

We're seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a background in Retail or MarTech / Data to spearhead projects in the Apparel industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading Agile / Scrum teams, ensuring smooth product / app releases to market, and possess proficiency in Shopify.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project schedules, defining clear milestones and deliverables.
• Track project progress meticulously, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies for mitigation.
• Proactively remove blockers to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
• Provide leadership to Agile / Scrum teams, acting as a coach or Scrum Master to foster collaboration and efficiency.
• Facilitate seamless product and app releases to the market, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Leverage expertise in Shopify to enhance retail technology solutions.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong background in Retail or MarTech / Data, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience leading Agile / Scrum teams.
• Expertise in project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Shopify platform is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
