About Our Client : Our client is building a groundbreaking recruiter-driven marketplace and is seeking a motivated and dedicated Founding Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you will have significant ownership over the development of their core product, working closely with the co-founders, especially the CTO, to drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development on our core product, taking ownership of end-to-end design and implementation.
  • Potentially take on managerial responsibilities and hire new team members while also remaining hands-on as an individual contributor.
  • Be a revenue and product-driven engineer, focused on delivering high-quality features quickly.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team and other engineers to execute on our roadmap.
  • Build and ship high-quality products quickly, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our platform.

Candidate Requirements

  • Product and growth engineering-focused mindset, with a strong desire to contribute to an early-stage company.
  • Excitement about joining an early-stage startup as the first engineering hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top university in the US (Stanford University, MIT, Harvard, UC Berkeley).
  • High energy and willingness to work hard and hustle for the success of Paraform.
  • Strong overall design sense and clear communication skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a software engineer at reputable early-stage startups, preferably with experience in product or growth engineering.
  • Ability to build full-stack applications and dive deep into the code in a production environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience as a Founding Engineer at a reputable seed-stage startup.
  • Background as an engineer at a recruiting startup or a strong interest in recruiting.
