A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Process provider applications and maintain records in the database tracking system
Conduct audits and provide feedback to enhance processes and performance
Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience in submitting behavioral health provider payer enrollments
2+ years of experience with compliance workflows and NCQA policies
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure internet connection
