Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager

Financial Institution in the Minneapolis area is seeking a leader to help manage a current team of six. The right professional leader will have experience managing a commercial or business banking team. Focus would be on innovation, process improvement, procedures, and some project management skills.

The Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager manages the commercial loan portfolio to ensure a high level of quality. This position leads Portfolio Specialists, monitors loan covenants, prepares and monitors department reports, monitors defaults and delinquency, prepares materials for yearly exams, services participation loans, and maintains compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. This position is also responsible for providing assistance with various commercial lending tasks as needed and demonstrating a strong internal and external customer service focus throughout.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $73,500.00 to $91,500.00 per year. Potential corporate incentive goal is 6%, the annual wage. Paid out semiannually.
