What you’ll need to succeed as an Analyst, Technology at XPO
Minimum qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
- Analytical and statistical examination skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and equivalent Google tools
Preferred qualifications :
- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience working within the Coupa Platform
- Experience with spend analytics, forecasting, and financials
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

What you’ll do on a typical day :
- Create and monitor annual spend for all XPO IT
- Interact with various levels of management
- Analyze complex problems and develop and implement sound solutions
- Perform technical analysis to assess present and future financial performance
- Assist in designing, developing and tracking key performance indicators to drive strategic business improvements
- Research and compile data for annual and monthly budget projections
- Collaborate with department managers to review financial performance and future forecasts
- Track revenue and expenses, comparing actuals to forecasts and making necessary adjustments
- Prepare management reports summarizing research, analyses and evaluation of discrepancies
