We are actively seeking new or recent graduate Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join our provider team! We are looking for APPs who are highly motivated, have a great personality, are committed to learning, and have a strong desire to practice in urgent care medicine.
We will be offering an intensive new graduate fellowship program with a comprehensive urgent care curriculum.

Eligibility Requirements :
- New Graduate or APPs with less than 2 years of work experience in a specialty outside of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
- Graduate or Expected graduate of an accredited PA or NP Program
- Eligible or NCCPA certified or AANP / ANCC certified.
- Eligible or licensed in the State of CT
- Eligible or current CT Controlled Substance License
- Eligible or current DEA License
Application Process :
The applicant is responsible submitting the following to
- Personal Statement of interest in the urgent care fellowship program
- Three Letters of Recommendation (new graduate - Program Director and 2 preceptor recommendations one of which should be from an urgent care or emergency medicine rotation, experienced provider one must be from a supervisor)
