The Clinical Nurse III - Medical Cardiology assesses, plans, directs, and manages patient care with a focus on progress toward discharge.
They are responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring competent and compassionate service. The unit is a 29-bed facility serving male and female patients with cardiac and medical diagnoses.
Essential duties include implementing physician orders, administering medications, evaluating diagnostic tests, and providing primary and emergency care.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, and certification in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
