Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter security threats
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
- Operate surveillance equipment and report any unusual activities or incidents
- Maintain detailed records of all security-related incidents
- Collaborate and communicate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets
- Conduct safety and security inspections to identify potential risks and hazards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests
- Conduct training and drills for emergency procedures with other staff members
Requirements :
Current Guard CardHigh school diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented by relevant security training and certificationsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in security services, law enforcement, or militaryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and composed during high-stress situationsExcellent observation skills and attention to detailBasic knowledge of security and safety protocolsAbility to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be physically fit and able to stand, walk, or run for long periods of timeMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordJoin our team and make a difference in the lives of others while building a rewarding career in the security industry.
