Base Rate is $31.94

with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights

Duties Include :

Collecting information from the residents to be admitted; medical records, insurance detailsRecording health details of residents;

including vitals & temperatureAdministering medications and injections to residents as neededTreating and dressing wounds and bedsores as neededMay be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)Helping residents get dressed and take care of personal hygieneMonitoring residents' food and liquid intake and outputRequirements :

Must be able to work as a team memberValid NY State LPN licenseIn good standing with State RegistryMust be willing to learnRate : $26.02-$45.00
