The ideal candidates will have :
- 1+ year of experience as a Barista in a well-rated restaurant or a mix of experience as a barista and restaurant experience
- Strong knowledge of coffee making including cappuccinos, espressos, lattes, etc.
- A great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
- Full-time availability including days, nights, and weekends
- Team players with a strong work ethic and dedicated to the craft of being a student of the industry
- Responsible & timely, willing to take direction
