Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an outpatient Hematology / Oncology Clinic assignment requiring a current IL RN license and chemotherapy certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position based in an outpatient Hematology / Oncology Clinic setting
  • Ambulatory patient population with a focus on hematology and oncology cases
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts from 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
  • Primary duties include providing oncology nursing care to outpatient hematology and oncology patients
  • Manager may conduct interviews prior to offer
  • EPIC experience and prior travel nursing experience are preferred but not required

  • Active IL RN license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current AHA BLS / CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of ambulatory nursing experience required
  • ONS / ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required
  • Oncology nursing experience required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
