Key Responsibilities : Apply the Nursing Process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using evidence-based practices. Deliver patient-centered care tailored to age, culture, and condition. Partner with patients, families, and care teams to achieve care goals. Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care while promoting teamwork and collaboration. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities. Serve as a mentor / preceptor to support nursing staff development and professional growth. Promote evidence-based practice , participate in data collection, and support clinical research initiatives. Proactively plan patient care across the care continuum and contribute to protocol development for best outcomes. Key Requirements and Technology Experience : Skills- BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse. RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact) BLS & ACLS Certification (instructor or provisional acceptable) Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s required; BSN preferred) Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience in an acute care setting. Strong clinical judgment, analytical, and critical thinking skills Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively in emergencies Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills Competent in clinical technology and documentation.
