Our position includes setting up, programming, troubleshooting, operating and adjusting the automatic numerically controlled machine tools and / or CNC machining equipment to perform a complex series of machining operations to meet precise tolerance and finish requirements. Involved in CNC / CMM programming. This position would get to work with collaborative robots and more automation that is coming to MBW.

Essential Duties

Work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications defining and coding tooling, fixturing, and machine arrangements

Program with G&M code

Knowledge and understanding of GD&T

Set up, operate and program Mori, Doosan and other machines.

Set up collaborative robots

Use a variety of precision measuring instruments

Recognize, report and correct errors.

Recommend tooling applications and operational sequence to assist in developing practical programming for new and unusual machining requirements.

May set up for and instruct Machine Operators of lower classification.

Comply with safety, quality and service standards within the department

Perform other duties as requested
