Key Responsibilities : Oversee case management and provide compliance-related advice to the businessAct as an escalation point for complex compliance cases and drive continuous improvement initiativesStay updated on regulatory changes and contribute to audits and examinationsRequired Qualifications and Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education / experienceMinimum 5 years' experience in a financial institution, with at least 3 years in risk management or complianceKnowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulationsExperience with TRID and loan operationsProficient with Microsoft Office and compliance-related software (e.g., Mavent, JIRA preferred)
