Occupational Therapist
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based position in Elkhart, Indiana. This role involves working with students to improve their ability to perform tasks in educational settings, supporting their success in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Indiana state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
