We are seeking an Onsite Software Installer based in the Dallas-Forth Worth area as we continue to grow.
This is a 100% travel position, consisting of traveling to our new client pharmacies to install and implement our top-of-the-line software, using industry knowledge and technical know-how to establish a trusted relationship with the new client, and ensuring the client has everything they need to get started with our products.
Job responsibilities include (but are not necessarily limited to) :
Provide onsite and web-based training of Liberty's pharmacy software
Assist pharmacy staff members by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, insurance claim adjudication problems or answering general questions
Install specified software packages such as operating systems and Liberty's proprietary software (pharmacy management suite)
Configure and test networking settings
Install hardware and peripheral components such as workstations, servers, monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, point-of-sale lanes, cables and networking equipment on user's premises
Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose system hardware, software and operator problems
Recommend or perform remedial actions to correct problems
Provide detailed updates, status and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system and / or users, via phone, e-mail or in-person communication
While we expect this individual to be based in Dallas-Fort Worth area, the role requires :
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time within the United States, including overnight travel
Regular travel via commercial airlines
A valid, unexpired driver's license and current personal automobile insurance
Qualifications :
At least three years of related experience, such as pharmacy, technology, or software implementations experience
Pharmacy technician and / or technology-related education or certifications a plus, such as PTCB or CompTIA
Professional and friendly demeanor is a must, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of client organizations, including pharmacy owners, pharmacists, technicians, and clerks
Ability to teach others patiently and empathetically, including users who may or may not be comfortable with technology
Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
Comfort with emerging technology and hardware installation and desire to consistently learn and improve
Strong attention to detail
Excellent listening, documentation, and critical thinking skills
Must be able to regularly walk, stand, stoop, crouch, bend, and reach above shoulders
Must be able to frequently lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.
Must possess valid, unexpired driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and be able to travel up to 100% of the time (including overnight travel) within the assigned region
