Shift Type / Shift Times / Hours / Day : Days, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, 8

Shift Notes : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM / Monday-Friday / 40 hours guaranteed / Travelers will be required to make up any missed shifts before the end of their contract

Weekend Requirements : No weekends

On-Call Requirements : No Call

Must be flexible to work across the lifespan with our Child / Adolescent and Adult populations.

RTO will not be approved for 11 / 24-11 / 30 and 12 / 22-1 / 5 - Travelers must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays, based on the facility's needs.

Under general supervision, responsible for providing clinical / case management services to patients and their families to promote the optimal individual, interpersonal, and social functioning of the patient and assure reintegration into the community or the environment most suited to the patient's continued well-being.

Submission Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited graduate school of Social Work or Master's degree in counseling or other behavioral health discipline - REQUIRED
• Social Workers must be registered on the Roster of Psychotherapists who are Nonlicensed and Noncertified with the State of Vermont Office of Professional Regulation before employment - REQUIRED
• Must accept a flexible 40-hour work week scheduled to meet the needs of patients and families within the guidelines of the bargaining agreement - REQUIRED
• Experience with children and adolescents - REQUIRED
• One to two years of inpatient social work experience - preferred

• 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment
• Certifications - c ertifications don't need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain
• License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain (please include this in the profile)
• Driver's license or candidate address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in a rate decrease)
