About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Acute / Chronic Dialysis Job Duration : 20 weeks Shift : 12-hour days (3x12s), every other Saturday required, Call as needed, Holidays as needed Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum 1 year(s) License : License to Submit Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Ability to cover both acute and chronic dialysis programs Job Description : Provide acute and chronic dialysis care within a post-acute setting- Work with 32 Fresenius dialysis machines- Manage care for approximately 140 patients- Participate in a rotating schedule, including every other Saturday, and be available for call and holidays as needed- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, with a charting system to be determined- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality patient care- Be flexible with shift start times, either 0500 or 0600- Adhere to a non-cancellation policy ensuring patient care continuity
