Marketing Analyst (Level 1)
Title : Marketing Analyst (Level 1)

Location : Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN 55401 or Denver, CO 80202
Job Description :
- Product Familiarity : Support and become familiar with multiple Energy Efficiency products within the C&I portfolio.
- Product Management Support : Assist in all aspects of product management, including :
- Coordinating creation and revision of literature.
- Processing and tracking invoices.
- Identifying and solving process issues.
- Forecasting achievements and tracking budget details.
- Special Marketing Projects : Support special marketing projects upon request, such as :
- Organizing and participating in special promotions, trade shows, seminars, training presentations.
- Conducting customer and vendor visits / presentations.
- Relationship Management : Create, build, and maintain relationships that enhance the performance of the business unit, including :
- Interfacing with sales teams and vendor relations.
- Sales Team Support : Support sales teams (BSC, AM) and vendors with program information requests.
- Contract Administration : Support the administration of vendor contracts.
- Database Management : Maintain database reports needed to support sales and marketing efforts, including :
- Tracking new prospects and sales activity.
