Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate : 9 / 23 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1919.41 - $2211.50
Physical therapist needed ASAPCovid and Flu vaccine requiredREQUIREMENTS : 1 reference from the past 12 months. Graduate from certified PT program 2+ years of inpatient PT experience required MA PT License and BLS required.
COVID Vaccines + Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). Active MA license required at time of submissions Local candidates not accepted Cannot have worked perm / travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
