Description

Provides personal care and related services in the home / ALF / Nursing facility to Hospice patients. Functions under direct instruction and supervision of an RN.

Required Qualifications :

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Texas Nurse Aide - Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services upon hire.
• Texas Nurse Aide - Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services upon hire.
• 2 years Related experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Hospice experience.
