Warehouse Associate - 2nd shift - CONTRACT ONLY

Position Overview :

The General Laborer or Warehouse Associate is responsible for unpacking the received product resulting in the ability to stage the product.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Unpack and re-work a damaged product so that the product may be staged or salvaged and used as an acceptable product. Position may be responsible for inbounding shipments as appropriate
• Follow all CJ Logistics policies and procedures
• Support and participate in Lean Logistics Center's continual improvement activities.
• Participate in all assigned training programs.
• Additional job duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to work independently to accomplish work
• Ability to follow oral and / or written instruction
• Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
• Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work within a team environment and foster a respectful workplace.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior in all business interactions.
