Accounts Payable Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Construction company in North Phoenix. This company is in search of an accounts payable specialist to join their team.
This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. It is fully onsite for training(about a month). After training, there will be some hybrid flexibility.
The hourly rate is between $23 / hr-$25 / hr.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all financial obligations are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounts payable processes, with proficiency in SAP preferred.
Responsibilities :
Process invoices and expense reports accurately and timely
Verify approvals and coding on invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable processing
Experience working with SAP software preferred
Experience initiating batches within systems is highly preferred!
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
