Description :
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Collaborating with educators and families to address students’ needs
- Develop and implement programs to promote a positive school environment
- Conduct assessments and provide intervention strategies
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- State certification / licensure as a Social Worker
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Skills :
- Clear and effective communication
- Conduct assessments to understand students’ needs, identify challenges, and develop plan
- Ability to assess complex situations, analyze problems and develop strategies and solutions to address them
- Understand and relate to students’ experience an emotions
Detail :
- Full Time - 35-40 hours
- ASAP start - EOSY (will sign for 24 / 25 school year as well)
- Must have LMSW or LCSW
- K-12
- Gen Ed population
- 600 students in district
- 2 school sites
