Looking for 1-2 FT Neonatologist at site ASAP and will look at providers who can help minimum 2-3 shifts per week

Neonatologist will be covering 7a - 7p Mon-Friday

The team said they can be flexible with availability and look at locums that can cover 2-3 shifts per week. They expect the need to go for 3 months with the likelihood of extension but is all based on the conversation they have with a group they are considering to come in an replace the group that is leaving in December

Target start date and Length of need : ASAP for 3 months with likelihood to extend ; in talks with outside group who would takeover the coverage

EMR system : EPIC

Reason for Coverage : Current Pediatric Group is leaving in December

FTE or Shifts per month needed : 1-2 FTE Neonatologist Monday - Friday

Inpatient

Locums Shift Schedule : Neonatologist 7a - 7p Monday - Friday

Type of Patients / Cases / Procedures Required : Level II special care nursery - admit 20 week and over; will stabilize under 20 weeks and transfer

Patient Encounters Per Shift : 10 Avg

Available support staff : RN's

Board Certified / Board Eligible - required

Vaccination Requirements : COVID not required, flu required

Active DE License - Required or IMLC

Minimum candidate commitment to consider : Flexible with availability will accept FT / PT Candidates. Min 2-3 days per week
