Commercial Lines Producer
Seeking a Commercial Producer for a innovative insurance agency committed to delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions to businesses.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a "boots on the ground" mentality, capable of generating leads and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site visits, meetings, and networking events to build a robust network of clients.
- Analyze prospective clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate policy proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Insurance producer license required.
