Hours : Approximately 10-15 hours per week

Duties :

• Provide coverage in the Clinical Education Office Suite (Room 12) - Primarily when the staff / instructors are not available on-campus due to working from home and teaching courses but on occasion when on PTO or in meetings.
• Fall 2025 term On-campus coverage required each week, WED / THU beginning no later than October 29th; 10am-3pm or 11am-4pm shifts
• Be approachable, greet and assist any guests visiting the Clinical Education Offices.
• Field FAQs and connect students who need additional assistance to the correct Clinical Ed Dept. member.
• Provide administrative support on miscellaneous Clinical Ed projects.
• Offer viewpoints and ideas to staff from a student's perspective.
• Occasionally test various items (e.g. new forms, SharePoint pages, links) and provide feedback.
