General contractor looking for an Estimator.
Must be able to prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors, negotiating price.
Compute costs / estimates by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Able to create proposals to send to clients.
Medical will be provided after 3 months of employment.
All candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in construction.
