Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is a vital member of the overall company. The Project Coordinator reports to the Home Center General Manager.

The purpose of this position is to assist our retail team in providing timely completion of construction while providing world class service.

To accomplish this, the Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for all stages of construction out in the field, including but not limited to construction management, permitting, walk-throughs and coordinating service.

Pay rate : $20-22 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Assist sales team to track and complete next steps in project build out
• Pull permits, request inspections, and follow up on completed inspections
• Understand and follow up on local building department processes related to permits and inspections
• Assist in coordinating contractors and schedules
• Assist in tracking metrics on system dashboards
• Assist with weekly sales customer update calls
• Utilize internal Construction Project Management system for updates to projects
• Assist Sales team with customer communication via phone and email
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager
