Summary
The Communications Lead is responsible for overseeing communications related to the client’s Vendor Pharmacy Modernization project.
This role involves managing client communications, content development, and ensuring alignment with the client’s business goals.
The Communications Lead will serve as the primary point of contact and ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with project objectives.
This is a work-from-home position, operating during day shift hours .
Your role in our mission
- Act as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
- Develop, manage, and deliver content for various communication needs, including client-facing materials.
- Edit and proofread documents for accuracy and alignment with the company's style guide.
- Maintain and update communication tools, such as manuals, reports, and internal documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align communication strategies with the client’s business objectives.
- Provide communication insights and recommendations to improve overall project outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, healthcare sciences, or related field.
- Strong experience with technical writing , particularly in explaining complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in healthcare or Medicaid communications is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage client relations and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management principles, including the ability to interpret data and metrics for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft high-quality content.

The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
